What kind of products do you sell?
We offer original artwork, art-inspired physical products, limited-edition pieces, prints, home décor, apparel, accessories, and digital downloads. Product availability varies by collection.

Are your physical products made to order?
Many of our products are made to order through professional production and fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer a wider range of products featuring original designs without mass-producing unnecessary inventory.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Production and shipping times vary by product and destination. Because many items are made to order, please allow time for production in addition to shipping. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Why did I receive only part of my order?
Products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping may be available on select products or promotions. When offered, eligible shipping costs are already accounted for in the product or promotion. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

What happens if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Because many products are made specifically for each order, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes or colors selected by the customer, or a change of mind. Please review product information carefully before ordering.

Can I cancel my order?
Contact us as quickly as possible. Once a made-to-order product enters production, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.

How do digital downloads work?
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. You will receive access to the purchased file according to the instructions provided during or after checkout.

Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Digital-download purchases are generally final once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except where otherwise required by law. If you experience a technical problem with your file, contact us for assistance.

Can I print my digital purchase?
Yes, when the product listing permits personal printing. Purchasing a digital file does not grant permission to resell, redistribute, reproduce commercially, or claim the artwork as your own.

Do I own the artwork rights when I purchase a product?
No. Purchasing an original, print, physical product, or digital download does not transfer copyright, reproduction, licensing, or commercial rights to the underlying artwork unless those rights are expressly granted in writing.

Do you offer commercial licensing?
Select artwork and designs may be available for commercial licensing. Licensing rights, duration, permitted products, quantities, territories, and pricing are handled separately from standard product purchases.

Will my product look exactly like the website mockup?
We work to represent products accurately, but slight differences in color, placement, scale, texture, or appearance can occur because of screen settings and manufacturing processes.

Do you release new collections?
Yes. New artwork and product collections are released periodically, and existing collections may expand with additional products.

How can I contact you about an order, licensing, or collaboration?
