Commercial Licensing

A commercial license gives your business permission to use selected artwork for specific commercial purposes while the original artist retains ownership of the artwork and copyright.

Depending on the agreement, licensed artwork may be approved for uses such as:

Licensing Is Customized

Every commercial project is different. Licensing terms and pricing may depend on the artwork, intended use, number of products or units, length of the license, geographic territory, distribution channels, and whether the agreement is exclusive or non-exclusive.

Available structures may include limited-term licenses, product-specific licenses, limited-production licenses, non-exclusive licenses, and negotiated exclusive licenses.

Artwork Ownership

Unless a separate written agreement specifically states otherwise, ToniTruth RoYLT Art retains ownership and copyright of the original artwork and designs.

Purchasing an original artwork, print, digital download, or physical product does not automatically grant commercial reproduction or licensing rights.

A commercial license grants permission to use the artwork only within the terms established in the licensing agreement.
