Digital Products Only

Physical products are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Many of our products are made to order, so please allow time for production before your order ships.

Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Orders containing multiple products may be produced by different fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order information. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order information and photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.

Digital products do not require physical shipping. Digital files are delivered electronically according to the instructions provided at checkout.

All digital artwork sold through ToniTruthArt is delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped unless specifically stated in the product description.

Digital files will be available after purchase or delivered electronically. Customers are responsible for downloading and printing their purchased artwork through the printing service of their choice.

Colors and final print appearance may vary slightly depending on the printer, paper, canvas, material, and display settings used.
