Returns and refunds

Digital Download Policy

Many physical products sold through our shop are created specifically for each order. Because these products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes or colors selected by the customer, or a change of mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue. After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please contact us before returning any product. Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Orders generally cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Because digital downloads are delivered electronically and cannot physically be returned, digital-product sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law. If you experience a technical problem receiving your purchased file, please contact us for assistance.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital artwork has been purchased or delivered.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not available for digital downloads. If you experience a problem accessing your files or receive an incorrect or damaged file, please contact ToniTruthArt so the issue can be resolved.
